Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026.
© 2026 Valet Stylist. All rights reserved.
These terms apply to everyone testing Valet, the wardrobe stylist app, on iPhone and Android. Valet is made by an independent developer, trading as Valet Stylist. By installing or using Valet you agree to these terms. Settings › About in the app shows the same points in short.
1. A test, for you
Valet is in testing, by invitation only, and you need to be 18 or over to use it. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use while you're invited to test it. Your invitation is for you: don't pass the app, your account or your access on to anyone else. Valet's AI is invite-only too: it works only for accounts on its invite list.
2. As it is
Valet is provided as is and as available, without any warranty, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose. It may change, have mistakes, lose data or stop working at any time, and the AI can be wrong: check what matters to you (a dress code, a care label) yourself. To the fullest extent the law allows, Valet and its developer are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it.
3. Not to be copied
Valet's code, design, rules, prompts and content belong to its developer and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, share, publish, sell, rent, sublicense or build on them, or make a product or service that copies them, in whole or in part.
4. No reverse engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the app, or try to take out its source code, prompts, rules or other content — or help anyone else to — except where the law allows it regardless of this term.
5. Fair use
Don't get around the AI's invite list or daily limits, automate or overload the service, scrape it, test its security without permission, or try to reach anyone else's account or data.
6. Your things stay yours
Your photos and closet stay yours. You let Valet store and process them only to provide the app to you, as the privacy policy describes.
7. Partners and shop links
Valet may suggest a service (a dry cleaner, a tailor, a cobbler, a place to sell a piece) or link to a shop. These partners and shops are independent businesses: what you book or buy is between you and them, under their own terms, and Valet isn't responsible for their service, prices or what they do with your order. Some of them may pay Valet a commission when you book or buy through its link; Valet says so beside each such link. Nobody can pay to have a piece, a brand or a service recommended to you, and a commission never changes what Valet recommends or in what order. You can turn off Settings › Shopping › Partner links to always get the plain link.
8. Ending
Testing access can end at any time, for anyone, with or without notice. You can stop whenever you like and delete your account in Settings › Account, or by email (see the privacy policy). Sections 2–5 still apply after access ends.
9. Changes and contact
These terms may change while Valet is in testing; the date above says when they last did, and using Valet after a change means you accept it. Questions: valet.stylist.app@gmail.com.
