Affiliate and partner disclosure

Last updated: 28 October 2026.

In short: Valet may earn a commission when you buy through a shop link, or a fee when you book a service through a partner link. That never changes which pieces Valet recommends.

Where Valet may earn money

What it never changes

Money never decides what Valet recommends or in what order. Valet chooses pieces by your closet, the weather, the occasion, what's clean and your style. A commission only decides which link a shop gets once Valet has already decided what to suggest. Nobody can pay to have a piece, a brand or a service recommended to you.

How you'll know

Today, in testing

Valet is in testing. It already suggests some services and shops, but it hasn't joined any affiliate or referral programme yet, so no link in the app earns anything today — and beside each service link the app says Valet isn't paid for it. This page and its date will be updated before that changes.

Your data

Valet doesn't sell your data or share your closet with partners. When you follow a partner link, the shop or service may use a referral code or cookies on its own site to credit Valet, under its own privacy policy. Valet's privacy policy says exactly what a tap on one sends, and what Valet's server counts. A shop link opens straight from your phone: Valet's server never sees which product. Partners and shops are independent businesses: what you book or buy is between you and them, and Valet isn't responsible for their service (see the terms).

Why this page exists

You should know when a recommendation could earn someone money. In the United States, the Federal Trade Commission also requires that this kind of relationship is disclosed clearly. Questions: valet.stylist.app@gmail.com.
