Valet is in testing in the Washington, DC area. Email is the way to reach us, for anything.
What to write about
- Joining the testers. Say whether you use an iPhone or Android, and whether you dress in menswear, womenswear or both. Email to join.
- Feedback and problems. What happened, on which phone, and what you expected.
- Your data. Questions about the privacy policy, or help deleting your account. (You can also delete it yourself in Settings › Account.)
- Partners, press and investors. Shops, cleaners, tailors and repair services in the DC area are welcome to get in touch.
Delete your Valet account
In the app: Settings › Account › Delete account. That removes your account and everything saved to it — your data and photos — from Valet's servers, permanently, and takes your email off the AI invite list. Deleting the app removes what's stored on your phone.
If you can't use the app, email valet.stylist.app@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Valet account", and we'll delete it for you and reply when it's done. The privacy policy has the details.
